Sharps Shooting Stars’ recently embattled Ugandan International U-23 middle fielder has finally parted ways with the team after the team’s decision to release him. The team has since bought him an air ticket to fly back home. Ndunga, who was signed by the team at the beginning of the season, recently found himself under an ugly situation with the team failing to pay his salaries for of five months, a development that left the player stranded after he was chased away by the landlord. The player was forced to sleep on the floor outside the house as the landlord cut ties with him. The Ugandan had gone for months without paying rent. Team General Manager, Gudsta Bayendi, on Friday afternoon confirmed that the player had to endure severe conditions due to the reasons that were beyond their control such as they had no money as the club to meet the wages of the players.
