New Absa Premiership side Baroka FC are keen to secure the services of Botswana international Thabang Sesinyi. The forward, who is currently in the books of Botswana Premier League (BPL) outfit Orapa United, caught the eye of Baroka scouts at the 2016 Cosafa Cup in Namibia last month. Sesinyi and his Orapa teammate Onkabetse Makgantai were invited for trials by Bakgaga and a reliable source has since disclosed to Goal that the former may soon ink a PSL deal. "Baroka are busy speaking to Orapa about Thabang after he did well on trial. The player is still in Lebowakgomo where Baroka are based. But Onkabetse has since left the club last week," the source told Goal. The 23-year-old Sesinyi was one of Orapa's key players during the 2015/16 season as he netted 13 league goals and inspired his side to Mascom Top 8 Cup success. Makgantai, who scooped the Cosafa Cup Player of the Tournament, has been linked with Platinum Stars. His Botswana teammate Lebogang Ditsele recently secured a deal with new PSL side Highlands Park.
